私たちは、美味しいたまごを産むにわとりを育てるため、飼育環境はもとより飼料にこだわりを持ち、鶏舎環境を整え日々試行錯誤を続けてきました。

にわとりは暑さに弱く、夏場は食欲が落ちるなど季節の変化に敏感です。にわとりの健康維持促進のために体調の変化に合わせ、飼料の配合を季節ごとに調節しています。

飼料には、海草、ハーブ、地元で生産している飼料米、消化吸収を助ける麹菌や自家培養の乳酸菌、木酢液、黒麹、植物の発酵飼料、などを加えた”オリジナル飼料”を与えております。

In order to raise chickens that lay delicious eggs, we are particular about feed as well as the breeding environment, and we have continued to experiment day by day in preparing the poultry house environment.
Chickens are sensitive to seasonal changes, as they are susceptible to heat and lose appetite during the summer. In order to maintain and promote the health of our chickens, we adjust their feed formulas seasonally according to changes in their physical condition.
We feed our chickens our "original feed," which includes seaweed, herbs, locally produced feed rice, yeast that aids digestion and absorption, lactic acid bacteria cultivated in-house, wood vinegar solution, black yeast rice, fermented plant feed, and other ingredients.

平飼いで飼育されているにわとりには、オメガ3脂肪酸（DHA、ALA、EPA)を多く含む植物由来の亜麻種子を飼料として与えています。よりナチュラルな「亜麻種子由来」の飼料を鶏に与えることで、にわとりたちの健康のみならず人の健康へとつながる「健やかな味わい」を持つ卵が誕生しました。

にわとりの飲み水は、清らかな地下水を使用し、磁気分解によって分子を小さくして与えているので、豊富なミネラルを充分に吸水でき、美味しいたまごが生まれます。

Flax seeds, which are derived from plants and contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids (DHA, ALA, and EPA), are fed to the hens, which are raised in a flat-feeding system. Feeding chickens with more natural "flax seed-derived" feed has resulted in eggs with a "healthy taste" that is not only healthy for the chickens, but also for people.
The drinking water for the chickens is pure groundwater, which is fed by magnetic decomposition to reduce the size of its molecules, so that it can absorb abundant minerals and produce delicious eggs.
