鶏舎を囲む竹林の環境は殺菌効果が期待でき、にわとりたちが病気にならないようにニームオイルで鶏舎環境を整えています。
私たちは、日々にわとりたちと顔を合わせ様子を見ることで、健康管理を行っております。
鶏舎の温度、湿度を肌で感じながら、えさをちゃんと食べているか、水を飲んでいるか、にわとりを見つめ声を聴き、にわとりの状態を五感で感じながら育てています。
The bamboo forest surrounding the chicken coops is sterilizing, and we use neem oil to keep the chickens from getting sick.
We take care of the health of our chickens by seeing them face to face on a daily basis.
We raise our chickens by feeling the temperature and humidity in the coop, checking if they are eating properly and drinking water, looking at them and listening to their voices, and feeling their condition with all five senses.
従来のゲージ飼いに加え、平飼いによる飼育法も行っております。
平飼いは、従来の高床式のゲージ飼いに比べ、にわとりが活発に動き回るため、にわとりの健康向上にも役立つ飼育法だといえます。
鶏舎内をにわとりが活発に動き回ることで撒き散らされる排泄物が原因で病原菌が繁殖しないよう、木材チップに麹菌を混ぜた敷き床を採用しています。
にわとりが動き回ることで、敷き床の麹菌によるふん尿の分解が進み、匂いもほとんどしません。
In addition to the conventional gauge-keeping method, we also use the flat-feeding method.
Compared to the conventional high-bed type of gauge keeping, flat-feeding is a method that helps improve the health of the chickens because they are more active and mobile.
To prevent the growth of pathogens caused by the excrement spread by the active movement of the chickens in the coop, we use a bedding material made of wood chips mixed with yeast fungi.
As the chickens move around, the koji fungi in the bedding decomposes the feces and urine, resulting in almost no odor.
ゲージ飼いのにわとりも、普段から麹菌を混ぜた餌を食べているせいか、床下に落下したふん尿の体積がほとんど増えません。本来なら何十トンもの量のふん尿が廃出されなければいけないのに、3年間で一度も産廃としてふん尿を廃出せずに済んでいます。
The volume of manure that has fallen to the floor has hardly increased at all, probably due to the fact that the chickens kept in gauges usually eat food mixed with malt fungi. Normally, dozens of tons of manure would have to be disposed of, but in three years, they have not disposed of manure as industrial waste even once.
